As one of only eight providers in New Jersey recognized at any level of the national quality program, the 150-bed skilled nursing facility is commended for its dedication to high-quality post-hospital care, short-term rehab, and long-term residential care. The achievement underscores the team’s commitment, and the facility also holds a Five-Star Overall rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, offering specialized clinical programs and cultural services, including a synagogue, Jewish programming, Glatt Kosher cuisine, and a Russian cultural program.
